The 4D method
On the following web pages I will approach my leadership and coaching program from a theoretical perspective. It is meant for those who are interested in the psychological and conceptual background of my program.
The method has four basic dimensions.
1. Ego
2. Behaviour
3. Leadership
4. Coaching
Every basic dimension is also subdivided into four dimensions. For example, in basic dimension 1, Ego, this is the process
Ego-types –> Role –> Action. For basic dimension 2, behaviour, this is the behavioural process Think –> Master –> Go.
Our will is the energy supply of these processes. The basic dimensions are explained further on this page.

The coaching of leaders begins with their personality (Ego) and the context in which they have been placed as leader. It is essential to look at what type of behaviour is ineffective. Because, in fact, change begins with awareness of this.
Subsequently, by understanding what leadership is and how it should be applied we can then anticipate these changes with our Ego and behaviour. Effective coaching in these aspects will bring about appropriate changes that will help leaders to become even better than they already are.
