With whom I work

The executive coaching program is for leaders who already distinguished themselves on all fronts and at the same time also know that there is still more to be gained.

The rewards to be gained remain in your leadership and behaviour. Small irregularities in your behaviour and style as leader are usually easily explained, but are also very inefficient.

My program is also suitable for leaders for whom, for example, after a transformation of the department or organization, changes in leadership are necessary.
